We are a Specialist Criminal Law firm and can undertake any matter or Town Agency with respect to Criminal Law in the Magistrates and District Courts at Southport.
We are happy to accept referrals from law firms that don’t undertake criminal law work.
Moloney MacCallum Lawyers have a dedicated team of Criminal Lawyers available. Andrew Moloney is the Gold Coast’s only Criminal Law Accredited Specialist recognised by the Queensland Law Society.
We undertake advocacy in all Courts in Queensland. We are based at Southport and the Courthouse is across the street.
