Nicole is available for appearances for solicitors in:
• Callovers, mentions and directions hearings in any Court
• Notices of Motion in the Local Court
• Assessment Hearings in the Small Claims Division of the Local Court
• Hearing of a Creditors Petition in the Federal Magistrates Court
• Winding up applications in the Corporations List in the Supreme Court
Reports provided on day of appearance in Court.
Nicole is also available to provide advice and legal
representation, including pleas, in all criminal and traffic matters
