Lindsey has focused on matters related to land, property and government: planning and environment, building contract disputes, retail and commercial leases, consumer and companies law, land title and valuation, government tendering and infrastructure, and body corporate law.
His qualifications are: Master of Laws from the University of Queensland; Post-graduate degree of Juris Doctor from the University of Queensland; Bachelors degree in Arts from the University of Sydney; Professional Certificate in Arbitration from the University of Adelaide; Accredited Mediator (Supreme Court of Queensland and Queensland Bar Association); Accredited Arbitrator.
His chambers are located in the Brisbane CBD in close vicinity to the Courts.

Lindsey’s expertise in property and commercial law has resulted in advices and appearances concerning planning and development applications, environmental challenges, retail leases, land and valuation, commercial leases, franchise disputes (intellectual property), business contracts, consumer law, both commercial and residential construction disputes, body corporate disputes and Building & Construction Industry Payments Act (BCIPA) applications and appeals.
Lindsey’s successful appearance before the Court of Appeal in the matter of RJ Neller Building Pty Ltd v Ainsworth [2008] QCA 397 was reported in The Queensland Reports [2009] 1 QDR 390.
